Quantitative Easing to actually increase. The reason is quite simple.
Without increasing QE, the entire global economy will collapse. While
the reasons are complicated, the shadow banking system is a bottomless
pit that requires and endless amount of liquidity. And the Fed can never
stop feeding the liquidity monster.
