Inflation and Deflation Wipe Out Middle Class

ALL real estate is inflated. And knowing what's coming, you're better off buying a mass of land outside of the city and growing some food and having some solar power because the city is the last place you'll wanna be when the system comes down, and it absolutely will come down.
