Bank of England economic terrorist Mark Carney says there wil be no more bank bail-outs by taxpayers. but he didn't say no Cyprus style bail-ins - raping savers / depositors of their moeny to prop up a fraudulent / insolvent bank.
Savers be warned! It's not what Carney said here, it's what he didn't that should alarm you.
