TheStreet's Jim Cramer says one of the great exercises in investing is to force yourself to question assumptions about everything from those you love to those you abhor. For the most part, the top five performers in the S&P 500 in 2013 are ones which Cramer likes going into 2014. His favorite stock of the group? One guess, look up at the sky and you might see one of their airplanes.
