Cuba lifts decades-old ban on new Car Sales

For the first time in more than 50 years, people in Cuba can freely buy new cars after a law limiting such sales was abolished on Friday. However, markups as high as 400% are preventing many people from taking advantage of the new market. Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.
